A 12-month structured learnership programme designed to provide unemployed youth in KwaZulu-Natal with hands-on experience and training in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector. The programme leads to an Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner NQF 5. It combines classroom training (one week per month) with workplace experience in an operational environment to develop employable skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend classroom training one week per month
• Work in an operational environment Monday to Friday (07:00 to 17:00), with possible overtime
• Participate fully in both theoretical and practical training components
• Write the EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) exam at the end of the programme

Qualifications

• Age: Must be between 21 and 29 years old
• Education: Matric Certificate with a 50% pass rate
• Status: Must be unemployed
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to KwaZulu-Natal
