Volkswagen Group South Africa invites TVET College students residing in the Kariega and Gqeberha areas to apply for the Experiential Trainee Programme within the Learning Academy – Human Resources. This 18-month programme, running from 01 March 2026 to 31 August 2027, is designed to provide N6 students with practical, hands-on workplace training aligned to their qualifications. The programme enables trainees to complete their required logbooks to obtain a National N Diploma while gaining valuable exposure to HR and administrative functions. It offers a strong foundation for career development, combining on-the-job learning with mentorship in a world-class automotive organisation committed to transformation, diversity, and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training in areas linked to N6 qualifications
• Assist with HR and administrative functions under supervision
• Support documentation, reporting, and clerical procedures
• Engage in practical tasks to complete the National N Diploma logbook
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental activities
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world HR and office management practices

Qualifications

• Completed N6 certificate in the past 3 years with results available
• Require practical experience to obtain a National N Diploma
• Studied N6 in Business Management, Management Assistant, Financial Management, HR Management, or Office Management
• South African citizenship and residence in Kariega or Gqeberha areas
• Certified copies of ID, N6 certificate, and N6 transcript must be uploaded
• Driver’s license (Code 08) will be an added advantage
