Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office administration duties
  • Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
  • Capture data and manage records accurately
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Support meetings, reports, and documentation
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 to 33
  • Grade 12 / Matric (Business Studies advantageous)
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
