Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop actionable project plans with key stakeholders for improvement efforts
• Execute process improvement projects with cross functional teams, managing resources and timelines
• Monitor and report on key metrics around process performance and improvements
• Optimize processes across the organization focusing on automation and new tooling
• Train resources in process improvement efforts and create a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead efforts around change management and scaling business processes
• Collaborate with various teams across the business to optimize and automate processes
• Learn how to use relevant software such as, but not limited to: SQL, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI
• Learn how to use RPA's and API's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven and self-motivated
• An inquisitive mind ready to take up any challenge
