The Project Support Analyst Graduate position at CSG is a 12‑month program designed to give recent graduates hands‑on experience in project management and support within a dynamic, hybrid-working environment. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution, track risks, and manage documentation. This role emphasizes strong visualization and design skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to create compelling presentations and dashboards that communicate project progress. As part of the graduate program, you will be mentored by experienced Project and Program Managers, gaining exposure to project development, prioritization, and strategic execution while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Senior Program Manager
• You will be involved in the management and development of new projects
• You will collaborate with Program Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to support project execution
• You will track and manage project actions, risks, and status reports
• You will assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and dashboards
• You will support the team in prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines
• You will participate in regular project meetings and contribute to discussions with insights and updates
• You will create compelling presentations and visual reports to communicate project updates and findings
• You will be mentored by Project Managers and Program Managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• South African Citizen or holder of a valid South African ID
• Submission of CV, Cover Letter, and Academic Record
• Graphic design presentation and visualization skills
• Exposure to information graphic design
• Technical aptitude and mindset to embrace the use of AI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
