Description

Responsible for assisting in the recruitment process from start to finish, supporting the development of Work Skills Plans, managing Employee Benefits administration, and aiding in the Bursary program. The intern will also assist Employee Specialists with grievance and disciplinary procedures and coordinate Human Resource reports. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, or Industrial Psychology, with competencies in communication and knowledge of relevant labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position
  • Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans
  • Assist with managing the administration of Employee Benefits
  • Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency
  • Provide support to Employee Specialist to facilitate the implementation of grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate Human Resource reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Labour Relations/ Industrial Psychology
