Description

Involves assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes, and handling disruptions or cancellations. Candidates must possess a Grade 12 or equivalent, prior airport and ticket sales experience, and be adaptable to flexible hours. Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and conflict resolution. Personal attributes sought include punctuality, patience, reliability, and the capability to work under pressure while managing time effectively

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Airport and ticket sales experience (Essential)
  • Able and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts, as and when required
  • Good knowledge and understanding of a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent understanding of delivering great customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language including proper phone etiquette
  • Conflict resolution skills
