Description

To assist and provide support in the ongoing advancement of a suite of business reporting that will provide insight, stimulate further discussion and assist in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data is accurately and regularly captured onto the relevant information systems to facilitate access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making
• Manage the daily and weekly update of the sales system
• Manage the re-run process regularly to ensure that the system is up to date
• Run and distribute sales performance information cubes
• Update and distribute daily/ weekly sales tracker reports
• Create, analyze and distribute monthly returns reports to Principals and internal recipients
• Share with and report relevant data and information to Management teams to enable reliable business decision-making
• Ensure that ad hoc requests are adhered to within agreed SLA
• Compile Depth of Distribution reports within agreed SLAs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales systems / analysis experience
• Matric
• A National Diploma in Sales Management preferably studying towards a BCom
