To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Unit.

Responsibilities

• To assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting coordination, interview scheduling and preparation of recruitment documentation To support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed Maintain, update, and file employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies Assist with the administration of training initiatives, skills development records, and related documentation
• Support employee relations activities and assist with ensuring HR compliance with labour legislation and internal policies
• Assist with HR data capturing, updating of HR systems and the compiling of basic HR reports
• Perform general HR administrative duties as required by the HR unit

Qualifications

• A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Law
• Required Competencies:
• Good verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative and organisational skills Computer literacy (MS Office) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment Confidentiality and professionalism Other requirements:
• Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years
• South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6
• No working experience required
