Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of clients and provide full-service support across various financial functions
• Take full responsibility for the preparation and review of accurate financial statements
• Oversee client accounting processes from inception through to completion
• Ensure strict adherence to VAT, payroll/PAYE, and income tax requirements
• Maintain client compliance with all statutory regulations and reporting standards
• Engage confidently with clients to provide strategic financial insights
• Support the business growth of clients through professional financial management
• Maintain high professional standards while managing multiple portfolios
• Lead accounting processes and ensure technical accuracy across all deliverables

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Hold the CA(SA) designation
• Solid management experience in a professional accounting environment
• Strong technical accounting background
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle accounting processes
• High level of energy and professional attributes
• Ability to maintain strict standards while engaging directly with clients
• Proven experience in financial services or accounting support industries
• Strong communication skills for effective client engagement and reporting
