The Service & Support Controller is responsible for coordinating and managing customer installation requests, repairs, and service queries to ensure efficient workflow and an exceptional customer experience. This role supports scheduling, case management, technician allocation, and customer communication, ensuring that all service activities are completed accurately, timeously, and in line with operational standards. This role provides exposure to customer service, operations coordination, scheduling, and administrative management, making it well suited to a YES4Youth developmental placement.
