Description

To design automation testing plans and develop automation test scripts for multiple technical products/services in both 'Run & Change' contexts. The role involves front-end, back-end, integration, performance, scalability, and regression testing, ensuring products are protected through quantifiable test coverage and metrics. The specialist will work within Agile squads, contributing to the full solution development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• QA Engineering:
• Participate in the full solution development lifecycle as an automation specialist within squads
• Analyze automation requirements during the requirements phase
• Prepare QA documentation (planning, design, execution, sustainability)
• Develop automation test plans and execute automated test scripts
• Perform various types of automation testing (regression, integration, black box, scalability)
• Evaluate test cases and analyze/report results
• Contribute to testing framework design
• DevOps:
• Follow engineering best practices and leverage coding expertise
• Understand the full technical solution being tested
• Shift from testing features to supporting full product delivery

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• Experience Level: 5 to 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3 years specifically in automation testing
• Automation Tools: Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• API Testing: Experience with Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
• Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and TDD
• DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD concepts
