Our Client is a growing UK law firm specialising in Family Law and Immigration Law. The firm is focused on delivering high-quality legal services while strengthening its market presence and improving client acquisition processes. As part of its growth strategy, the firm is expanding its commercial and client acquisition capabilities to support sustainable scaling. They are seeking a motivated, confident and empathetic Sales Executive to take ownership of the firm’s lead conversion and client onboarding process. Currently, sales activities sit heavily with the Director. This role is designed to build a dedicated sales function that ensures consistent client acquisition, reduces operational pressure on senior leadership, and supports long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is confident handling client enquiries in a legal environment, particularly within sensitive areas such as Family Law.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms Understand client needs and clearly explain legal service offerings
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of working with the firm
  • Convert qualified leads into consultations or signed clients
  • Coordinate handovers to legal teams for onboarding
