A commercially driven Business Development Consultant role focused on securing new corporate clients, training mandates, and funded programme partnerships in the skills development and education space.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate clients
• Prospect within HR, L&D, and Executive structures
• Present Academy offerings (learnerships, skills programmes)
• Negotiate and close mandates
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Achieve revenue targets
• Maintain CRM records and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years' business development experience
• CRM proficiency
• Microsoft products proficiency
• Knowledge of SETA frameworks and B-BBEE skills development advantageous
