Responsibilities

You will report to the Portal UX Leader
You will act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams across the organisation
You will understand business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
You will support the configuration, implementation and optimisation of internal tools and platforms
You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance and solutions
You will create and maintain internal documentation, guides and best practices
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Enablement and Operations
You will identify gaps, inefficiencies or recurring issues and suggest improvements
You will stay up to date with training on new products, software, hardware and processes

A COMPLETED 3-year Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with software platforms, tools or systems
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
