Responsibilities

• Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual terms, risks, and commercial positions
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a developing technical understanding of the transactions and solutions involved
• Proactively build understanding of the business, its products, services, and operational environment
• Identify, assess, and clearly articulate legal and commercial risks to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• LLB Degree (Required) BCom Degree (Advantageous) + 1 year’s in-house commercial legal experience, preferably within the IT sector
• Experience in the IT distribution industry will be advantageous
