Facilitate learning processes, programs and practices in alignment with the Learning and Development strategy and overall group policies in which the global Momentum Investments Group employees can participate and benefit from.Assist in tracking and monitoring spend on learning to ensure providers deliver on outcomes and to optimize costs of learning to the business.

Responsibilities

Facilitate learning processes, programs and practices in alignment with the Learning and Development strategy and overall group policies in which the global Momentum Investments Group employees can participate and benefit from
Support the identification of learning needs by engaging with stakeholders and provide administrative and coordination assistance in delivering agreed learning interventions
Capture, collate and maintain learning metrics and training data to support reporting requirements
Collaborate with Human Capital teams to support the implementation of integrated learning and people initiatives
Track and monitor the effectiveness of learning interventions through feedback and basic evaluation tools
Research emerging trends and tools within Learning & Development and share insights with the Manager: L&D and Transformation
Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, managing communication and providing regular updates on learning initiatives
Assist in converting approved learning plans into operational schedules and provide coordination support for planned learning activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field
OD-ETDP certification (advantageous or willingness to work obtain)
Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification (advantageous or willingness to obtain)
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development or related field
Exposure to coordinating training programmes and maintaining learning records
