A Data Analytics Intern role at a well-established multinational financial services company in the insurance sector, focused on building and maintaining modern data solutions and turning raw insurance data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data pipelines using Python (Pandas) and Spark
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write and optimise DAX queries to extract key metrics and trends
• Work within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to modernise and maintain data environments
• Analyse insurance data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• Alternatively, relevant cloud certifications (PL300, DP600, or DP700)
• Exposure to Pandas and Spark
• Familiarity with Power BI and DAX
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
