Responsibilities

• Undergoing technical training as prescribed by MQA and short courses as required by the mine during the Learnership Maintain consistent performance
• Initiating developmental discussions
• Seeking feedback

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths and Science
• Be in possession of full N3 qualifications with 4 subjects i.e., Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Mechano Technology Trade theory and Platers and Structural Steel Drawing
