To support the Operational Risk Technology team in designing, developing, and maintaining low-code automation solutions that enhance operational risk processes through digitisation, data analysis, and workflow optimisation. Responsibilities

• Technology Development & Automation:
• Support the design, development, and enhancement of low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• Assist in building model-driven and canvas applications to digitise operational risk processes.
• Create and maintain automated workflows to improve efficiency and control environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for risk monitoring and insights.
• Operational Risk & Process Support:
• Assist in documenting operational risk processes, system enhancements, and control procedures.
• Support the digitisation and optimisation of manual processes.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• A completed National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Higher Certificate in: Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Risk Management, Operations, or a related field (with a demonstrable interest in technology)
• Final-year students requiring workplace-based experience will also be considered
