Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams adopting AI solutions; Ensure AI solutions comply with organisational governance, data privacy, and ethical standards; Support the development of responsible and transparent AI practices; Maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and system integrations;

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions and automations to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain scalable AI solutions that are sustainable and secure
• Integrate AI models into existing business systems, applications, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to collect, clean, and prepare data for model development
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards
• Develop feature engineering approaches to enhance model performance
• Perform ongoing model tuning, optimisation, and retraining to ensure effectiveness over time
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models and deployments

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Essential)
• Postgraduate qualification (Advantageous)
