Responsibilities

• Client & Transaction Support
• Assist in processing and monitoring client transactions across payments, trade finance, and investor services.
• Help resolve basic client queries related to transaction status, documentation, or service delivery.
• Support relationship managers in preparing client presentations and transaction proposals.
• Trade Finance Support
• Assist in the preparation and checking of trade documents (letters of credit, bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
• Help track trade transactions from initiation to settlement.
• Support compliance checks to ensure trade activities meet regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications
