Technical Customer Service - Internal: Analysis of samples and substrates (both Henkel and Competitor), provide feedback - verbal and written - Receive complaint forms, investigates and warns against possible claims. Technical Customer Service External: Assist with customer trials, line assessments, etc - Assist with trouble shooting at customers

Responsibilities

• Assistance to Operations :
• Supervises and conducts QC test on initial production runs.
• Supervise plant batch
• Initiates and controls rework of redundant materials and rejected batches.

Qualifications

• Be organized with personal workload, efficient and accurate.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Be proactive and work on own initiative /
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and network across other functions/business units
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
