Description

Mukuru is offering a Customer Support Learnership for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, contact centre operations, and the fintech industry. Learners will support customers through calls and digital channels while developing professional workplace skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via calls and digital channels
  • Help customers create and manage money transfer orders
  • Provide information about Mukuru services
  • Use Zendesk and support systems
  • Resolve or escalate customer queries
  • Assist with onboarding and account creation
  • Manage time and multitask effectively
  • Learn compliance basics such as FICA and money transfer processes

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English plus one of these languages:
  • Chewa
  • Mozambican Portuguese
  • Mandarin
  • Bengali
  • Sotho
  • Bemba
  • Shona
  • Urdu
  • Passion for customer service
  • Basic computer skills
