PayFac Certification Program Manager will be a member of the Payfac Partnership team within Client Services CEMEA. This group is responsible for accelerating partnership agenda with non-Fi clients crafting commercial opportunities to sell in Visa Products and solutions, as well as ensure foundational excellence in regard to Visa’s Rules and Policies. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Oversee the certification process for Payment Facilitators (PF) in the CEMEA region, ensuring projects are well-managed and stakeholders are effectively communicated with.
• Risk Mitigation: Facilitate discussions and actions related to risk management, working closely with Risk Managers and Compliance teams to ensure PFs' risk management capabilities are adequately addressed in the certification process.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between PFs, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of certification requirements.
• Remediation Guidance: Collaborate with internal teams to review certification packages for completeness and compliance, providing guidance to PFs on necessary remediation actions.
• Contract Administration: Handle the contracting process and oversee invoicing related to the certification program, ensuring all necessary agreements and legal documents are in place.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
