Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and numerically confident intern to support our sales organisation with reporting, CRM accuracy, pipeline administration, and forecasting support. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate and well-structured work. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Field Sales Directors, RevOps, and other internal teams to help maintain high-quality reporting, strong CRM discipline, and consistent sales processes. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in sales operations, reporting, CRM systems, and commercial analysis within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Sales Manager and support day-to-day sales administration activities
• Help Field Sales Directors maintain accurate pipeline updates and stage forecasting in the CRM
• Prepare recurring sales, pipeline, and forecast reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Carry out data checks, reconciliations, and follow-up actions to improve pipeline integrity and reporting quality
• Work with sales stakeholders to resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent CRM information
• Support data hygiene and accuracy across CRM systems, initially in Salesforce and during migration to Microsoft Dynamics

Qualifications

• South African Citizen
• Completed qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong interest in reporting, data quality, business processes, and commercial operations
• Good Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and pivot tables
