TotalEnergies is inviting qualified and motivated TVET/FET College graduates who require 18 months of practical workplace experience to join their Internship Programme in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for students who have completed their theoretical studies and need Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or P1/P2 practical experience to finalise their qualification. Interns will receive structured workplace learning and mentorship, gaining practical exposure aligned to their field of study within a leading global energy company.

Responsibilities

• Human Resources (HR) Intern
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organising employee records and HR documents.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help maintain training records and coordinate internal training sessions.
• Assist with HR administration (leave forms, overtime sheets, new starter documentation).
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a relevant FET/TVET College qualification in one of the fields listed above
• Must require 18 months of practical workplace experience (P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning)
• Currently unemployed
• South African citizen
• Aged between 18 – 35 years (if applicable to your programme)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the workplace
