Description

This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace by carrying out daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks across office and workshop areas. The position includes cleaning and sanitising facilities, managing waste, restocking supplies, supporting basic staff needs such as refreshments, and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure the environment remains orderly and fully functional.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices and workspaces
• Clean and sanitise office areas, workshop, and all toilets
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, walls, doors, and windowsills
• Clean interior windows and ensure general tidiness of the office
• Empty and manage waste bins

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Rigorous technical cleaning abilities
• Ability to safely handle chemical products
• Strong time management and organising skills
