This role exists to enable the organisation’s transition from a traditional, project-based QA model to a scalable Quality Engineering and continuous regression capability that supports both operational stability and delivery acceleration. The introduction of a dedicated regression and automation strategy creates permanent operational demand that cannot be sustained through existing manual QA capacity alone.

Responsibilities

• Regression Testing Management
• Own and execute continuous regression testing across BAU and project streams
• Ensure regression coverage remains current, relevant, and risk-based
• Identify gaps in functional coverage and coordinate remediation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• ISTQB (advantageous)
