We blend theoretical learning of hard and soft skills with practical experience. Your learning journey will expose you to our end to end processing in our chemical plant, practical exposure to plant equipment, processes, and daily operational realities of the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Undergo on the job training and gain experience in chemical industry environment.
• Complete projects, studies and simulations to support technical operations team.
• Will rotate between functions based on team requirements.
• Work with process engineers and support teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant.
• Undertake assignments to conduct process investigations and improvements projects.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and BTech/Beng/BSc in Chemical Engineering
• Exposure to chemical operations or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact with people and employees at all levels.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
