The Global Markets graduate programme is a unique 18-month experience that exposes you to different Markets Trading and Sales desks. You will rotate across various desks such as Fixed income, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Counterparty Risk Trading, Structuring, Credit, and prime. You can work on deals and trades happening across the Africa continent.

• Organisational psychology;
• Human resource (personnel) psychology;
• Career psychology and employee wellness/wellbeing;
• Testing and assessment;
• Elective (project) and;
• Professional ethics.

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Strong academic performance in Honours
• Have completed M1 or be on track to complete M1 by January 2027
• Registered as a Student Psychologist with the HPCSA
• Johannesburg-based from 01 February 2027 to the end of January 2028
