The Customer Success team is seeking a Technical Customer Success intern to support SAS User Adoption, solve technical barriers, and increase the return of investment on the SAS Platform. The intern will facilitate the adaptation and utilization of SAS solutions by identifying technical educational needs, providing support to improve coordination with SAS and partner teams, and assisting in monitoring and escalations for the SAS technical support process.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree, Honours, or Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Analytics, Data Science, Risk, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Economics. Applicants must be South African citizens with a valid SA ID and fluent in English.
