The position of Occupational Health & Safety is open for applications in the Provincial Office of Braamfontein. The salary is R1,003,890 per annum, including all-inclusive. The candidate must have a three-year relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Health/Analytical, Chemistry/ Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical/ Civil and Construction Engineering, two years of management experience, and three years of functional experience in Health and Safety inspection/services. They must have valid driver's license, knowledge of public service transformation and management issues, and skills in facilitation, planning, organizing, computer literacy, interpersonal, problem-solving, interviewing, presentation, innovative, analytical, research, and project management. The duties include managing the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety inspection and advocacy strategy, developing and monitoring policy and work plans, and managing resources of the Sub-directorate.
