Grade 12 ;no experience required need knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Act, PFMA, POPIA, Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles, Department of Labour and UIF policies, and skills in interviewing, communication, listening, computer literacy, conflict management, time management, customer relations, and on-job training.
