Tiger Brands is offering a 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) to recruit bachelor's degree or Btech graduates who can lead in the organization. The programme aims to prepare FLDPs for key roles across various business disciplines. Successful candidates must have a strong academic record, recently completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification, and demonstrate high achievement and innovation throughout their qualification. They must also have not worked full time in their field of study, be computer literate in MS Word and Excel, and have a valid driver's license. The preferred qualifications for the program include a BSc/BEng degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum requirements include a 65% academic average, citizenship in the country of hire, a relevant bachelor's or Btech degree, high levels of ambition and self-motivation, leadership and team-working capabilities, recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution, work authorization in the country of application, geographical mobility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The program is open to individuals with a strong desire to build a career with a leading FMCG company and a strong academic record.
