BDO's YES Internship Programme offers a structured, output-based environment for graduates to gain valuable experience and insights into their career field. The program fosters professional and personal growth by providing exposure to real work situations and challenges, immersing participants in BDO's culture. The program offers opportunities to grow knowledge and experience, transition from student to employee, and interact with BDO SA managers and partners. Requirements for the program include a degree in HR with Project Management, skills in HR/Admin, Microsoft 365 (Office), and communication skills. Experience in a Human Resource role specialising in Learning and Development is preferred, along with administration experience. Competencies include excellent command of English, exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to quality and detail, innovation, strong teamwork skills, and public speaking. Eligibility for the 12-month fixed-term contract is open to unemployed individuals who have never completed a YES internship before. Starting on October 1, 2024, the program is available for students and graduates. The position is market-related and will begin on October 1, 2024.
