Green Marble is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their forward-thinking team as a Customer Sales Representative. The position focuses on managing key client accounts in Secunda while pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience in industries such as cranes, construction/heavy equipment, or lifts and must reside in or near Secunda to meet client and business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Delivering sales and customer support to current and prospective clients
• Meeting sales revenue and margin goals as set by management
• Submitting timely and accurate reports on budgeting, forecasting, branch activities, and client visits
• Managing and controlling stock levels accurately
• Introducing new products and services to both existing and potential clients
• Keeping customers well-informed at all times
• Applying pricing structures that align with sales and margin goals
• Exploring and proposing new revenue opportunities to management
• Organizing and conducting demonstrations or training sessions for customers
• Assisting in financial management by recovering outstanding debts
• Communicating competitive pricing and discount policies
• Preparing quotes and invoices promptly
• Staying updated on new technologies
• Ensuring compliance with SHERQ policies and procedures
• Fostering strong internal and external customer relationships
• Completing PDI and purchase requisitions accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Have over 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• Showcase proven success as a Sales Representative in the firearms industry
• Demonstrate a strong passion for firearms and deep knowledge of firearms terminology and technology
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Achieve or surpass sales targets consistently
• Stay informed about local firearms market trends
• Adhere to firearms regulations and legal requirements for storage, handling, and transportation
• Be proficient in Word, Excel, and an internal ERP system
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to travel within the assigned region
