Description

As an Electrical apprentice, you will be trained to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial settings. The apprenticeship combines formal education with practical experience at Timbadola sawmill to develop your expertise in industrial electrical work.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to install and maintain electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Complete theoretical and workplace-based training
  • Take and pass the final Trade Test to become a certified Electrician

Qualifications

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be aged between 18 and 35
  • Grade 12 is recommended (not mandatory)
  • Minimum N2 or Level 3 TVET certificate in Electrical trade theory
