The Actuarial Analyst role focuses on product development, data analytics, and marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The incumbent will provide product, market, and strategic insights to enhance business growth and support the Research and Development (R&D) team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze big data to provide insights on new business trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize products and strategies
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis
• Develop and present materials for clients and brokers
• Contribute to product ideation, development, and launches
• Develop automated tools and dashboards for real-time business insights

Qualifications

• Matric with Mathematics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Science, or equivalent degree in Actuarial Science
• Honours in Actuarial Science
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services Industries
• Fully qualified or near qualified Actuary
