The Graduate In Training (GIT) program at Eskom’s Generation Group Capital offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable work experience and professional development. This program is available across various locations in Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga. Open to both internal and external candidates, the position is aimed at graduates who have completed a relevant B degree in disciplines such as Built Environment, Commerce, Business Management, Public Relations, Human Resources, Safety Management, Environmental Science, and more. Successful candidates will undergo institutional and on-the-job training designed to build their skills and expertise within Eskom’s Group Capital division.

Responsibilities

• The Graduate in Training will be provided with structured, institutional, and practical on-the-job training
• This includes exposure to Eskom’s operations, policies, and procedures while working closely with various teams
• Graduates will be expected to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment, developing their competencies in communication, teamwork, negotiation, and customer-focused service
• Throughout the program, they will receive guidance and mentorship to support their growth as they contribute to Eskom’s projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Must hold a fully completed B degree in relevant fields such as Built Environment, Commerce, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Stakeholder Management, Public Relations, Communication, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, Safety Management, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Must be a South African citizen
• No prior work experience is required for this position
