Limpopo Connexion invites unemployed youth to apply for the 2024 Technical Support Learnership Programme. This 12-month program provides hands-on experience for qualified candidates who are passionate about IT and looking to gain practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist in setting up and maintaining computer networks and systems
• Install and configure software and hardware according to company guidelines
• Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical problems
• Provide end-user support and training as necessary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 in Technical Support
• Grade 12 with Computer Applications Technology (CAT)
