The ERP Analyst (HR - Talent Management) Internship offers an immersive experience in managing the human resources modules of an ERP system. In this role, you will work closely with the HR department, particularly focusing on Talent Management functionalities within the ERP environment. This position is ideal for graduates eager to learn about ERP systems and how they are used to streamline HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management. You'll gain skills in analyzing HR data, improving HR-related functionalities, and helping the organization meet its talent management goals more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze HR business requirements and recommend solutions within the ERP talent management module
  • Module Support: Research, interpret, and deliver functional requirements related to HR tasks, such as employee management and payroll processing
  • Project Assistance: Assist with the implementation of talent management projects, track progress, and ensure milestones are met
  • User Support: Respond to user queries related to the HR ERP module and troubleshoot system issues
  • Report Preparation: Compile reports and assist in ensuring ongoing stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (B Degree, B-Tech, or Advanced Diploma) in IT or related fields
  • Up to six (6) months of relevant experience in an IT environment
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems, particularly within the HR or talent management modules, will be an advantage
