Description

As a Modelling Data & Implementation Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include managing and preparing data for model implementation, ensuring that models are aligned with regulatory standards, and working closely with stakeholders to implement and control models across various systems. You will also play a critical role in data analysis, SAS coding, and ensuring proper model integration into operational credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Research model implementation standards and stay up-to-date with regulatory policies
• Identify and prepare modelling data from data warehouses and other sources
• Design and perform processes for modelling data preparation
• Develop model implementation code using Base SAS
• Ensure accurate transformation and preparation of data for modelling purposes
• Investigate different approaches for improving data preparation methods
• Review and influence delivery quality to ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and support teams, such as BIIS
• Present findings and documentation related to model implementation
• Facilitate the model’s use in operational processes, ensuring accurate usage
• Escalate any issues or delays to the line manager or initiative lead
• Collaborate with external stakeholders when necessary to support project success

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Physical, Mathematical, Computer, and Life Sciences is required
• Expertise in Base SAS or SAS Enterprise Guide, including experience in SAS data steps, SAS procedures, SAS SQL, and SAS Macros
• Strong knowledge of data preparation and manipulation techniques, particularly within the context of model implementation
• Experience in developing code and artifacts to support model implementation
