PPS InsCo is looking for a Graduate Intern Scrum Master to support Agile teams by coaching, facilitating, and ensuring adherence to Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. This role involves removing obstacles, supporting team dynamics, and encouraging continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will also collaborate within the extended Scrum Master community to promote SAFe principles across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team events and progress toward team goals
• Coordinate with other teams and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums
• Help resolve issues that block the team’s progress
• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate team retrospectives
• Foster a culture of quality and technical discipline
• Coach Product Owners, team members, and non-agile teams to improve Agile adoption across the enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology
• Certified Scrum Master (eg Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II), SAFe Scrum Master, Scrum Alliance, or equivalent)
