PSG Financial Services, a prominent advice-led financial technology firm in South Africa, is inviting talented graduates to join its Graduate Programme. The program is designed to offer continuous learning and career development opportunities in a supportive yet challenging environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that includes soft skills and on-the-job training, as well as mentorship and buddy support. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training across various departments
• Engage in soft skills workshops aimed at enhancing personal and professional growth
• Collaborate with mentors and buddies to navigate daily tasks and responsibilities
• Work on assigned projects to gain practical experience in your field of study
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives that drive business goals
• Demonstrate performance and growth to be considered for potential full-time employment

Qualifications

• Valid South African ID
• Currently in the final year of study for a Bachelor's, Honours, Masters, or PhD degree
• Minimum average of 65% or higher
• Relevant fields of study:
• Bachelor of Science: Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematical Statistical Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science
• Bachelor of Commerce: Finance, Economics and Econometrics, Investments, Law, Insurance and Risk Management
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
