The learnership combines theoretical training with practical work experience, helping learners understand VKB Agriculture's business operations and develop skills in customer service, stock control, administration, and sales of the company's products.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Possess a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
• Prior experience in a relevant field is advantageous
• Clear criminal record
