Description

The Apprenticeship Programme provides candidates with access to both classroom and on-the-job training, equipping them with skills and expertise in the chosen trade. Successful completion of the programme leads to obtaining a trade certificate after passing the trade test. The programme covers training-related costs, personal protective equipment, on-site insurance, and includes a monthly stipend. Permanent employment after completion is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Complete the apprenticeship programme successfully
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations
• Achieve trade-based technical competencies
• Comply with the contractual training agreement

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with English, Mathematics, and Science (required)
• Trade theory and additional technical subjects (advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering aptitude
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
