Description

FEM is supporting the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme to help reduce youth unemployment in South Africa. This business-led collaboration with the government offers five South African youth the chance to gain workplace experience and develop new skills in the Pensions, Claims, Quality Assurance, and Registry departments over a 12-month period. Participants will significantly enhance their employability post-programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in operational tasks and projects across Pensions, Claims, Quality Assurance, and Registry departments
• Gain hands-on experience in a professional environment
• Develop workplace and administrative skills

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID document
• Must hold a valid matric certificate
• Must be unemployed and between 18 and 35 years old
• Must belong to a designated group
• Preference will be given to candidates with Administration or related qualifications
