Managed People Solutions is offering an exciting 6-month learnership programme for unemployed youth in or near Amanzimtoti, Durban. This opportunity aims to provide participants with essential skills, hands-on experience, and industry knowledge to enhance their employability.

Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised
• Draw stock requirements
• Check vintage, product quality, stock rotation, and price tags
• Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
• Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
• Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
• Record merchandising activities effectively
• Execute calls as per the call cycle
• Advise the RSM on out-of-stock products

Qualifications

• Age: Between 18 and 28 years old
• Grade 12 (must have passed Mathematics and English)
• Merchandising experience
