The Key Purpose of this role is to develop and implement Reporting & Insights to provide the Africa Zone with accurate, timely and decision-useful insights. Engaging with functional leads to enable operational performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data needs and resolve them through automated processes and dashboards
• • Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting through optimal reporting and analytics processes
• • Prepare transparent standard reports
• • Develop tools for effective data capture and information management
• • Implement smarter and quicker ways of presenting information
• • Validate new reports and system developments
• • Understand stakeholder requirements and develop PowerBI Dashboard
• • Identify opportunities for synergy and improve reporting and analytics technologies
• • Ensure compliance with globally aligned service policies and standards
• • Continuously seek improvements in reporting and analytics processes
• • Review SLA/OLA targets and publish regular reports

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree or diploma
• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience with a high performance track record
• Good knowledge of data & reporting tools (PowerBI, Power Query, Tabular Editor, SQL, Azure, SAP, Syspro, Brewdat)
